REMARKS
Very well clad and shod. Foster parent, Mrs Wharton, a widow, having small means of her own. Has no occupation save looking after foster children, of who she has reared several. Protestant school teacher reports upon the child as "very regular and tidy". The foster mother describes her as a good child, giving no trouble. Child appears clean, well nourished and cheerful. Site of home very good. Water good and plentiful. Child sleeps with another boarded out from Bethnal Green. The state of the house was clean and moderately tidy.
