Number on the List - 7 Catherine Hart
Summary of Mr. Lockwood's reports upon Children Boarded-out under the care of the Ampthill Boarding-out Committee.
REMARKS
This child has now been two years with her foster parents (Mr & Mrs Johnson) who have a grown-up son and daughter living with them, the former of whom is a harmless imbecile. Catherine Hart sleeps with the above-mentioned grown up daughter. She suffered, in June last, from a complaint locally known as "blister pock" that being the only occasion on which it has been necessary to call in medical aid for her. She is regular in attendance at school, and has passed the Fifth Standard, is a bright intelligent child, and seems to be in good hand.
