AN ACCOUNT of the Names of all persons convicted of misdemeanors, upon whom sentence was passed in the Court of King's Bench, in 1821, 1822 and 1823; with statement, whether they suffered judgment by default; pleaded guilty, or were found guilty by a jury; specifying also, the nature of their several offences; the places where such offences were committed; and, the several sentences passed in respect thereof.

The following information has been transcribed from a booklet, owned by the Webmaster, it has been transcribed by me, verbatim. I have proof read several times, but as always I would be happy to accept any reasonable requests to re-check my transcribing.

THOMAS MAYNARD - By default; bribing a Custom house officer; SUSSEX. Imprisoned in HORSHAM gaol 3 calendar months, and security for good behaviour for 3 years in £10 and 2 sureties in £5 each.
PATRICK SHEEN - By default; assaults and misdemeanors; KENT. Fined £50. Imprisoned in the house of correction at MAIDSTONE, for 9 calendar months, and security for good behaviour for 3 years in £100 and 2 sureties in £50 each.
LUCY DALES - Convicted by a jury; keeping a disorderly house; MIDDLESEX. Imprisoned in the House of Correction in COLD BATH FIELDS for 9 calendar months and security for good behaviour for 3 years by two sureties in £100 each.
JANE CARLILE - Convicted by jury; scandalous libel; LONDON. Imprisoned in DORCHESTER gaol for 2 years, and security for good behaviour for 3 years by 2 sureties in £100 each.
JOHN TYLER - Convicted by jury; blasphemous libel; MIDDLESEX. Imprisoned in the House of Correction in COLD BATH FIELDS for 3 calendar months, and security for good behaviour for 3 years by his own recognizance in £50.
SIR FRANCIS BURDETT, BARONET - Convicted by jury; seditious libel; LEICESTERSHIRE. Fined £2,000 and imprisoned in the King's Bench prison for 3 calendar months.
GEORGE RAGG - Convicted by jury; blasphemous libel; WARWICKSHIRE. Imprisoned in the House of Correction in GOLD BATH FIELDS for 12 calendar months.
FRANCIS JOLLIE and JEREMIAH JOLLIE - Convicted by jury; scandalous libel; CUMBERLAND. Imprisoned in the King's Bench prison for 3 months and security for good behaviour for 3 years in £200 and 2 sureties of £100 each.
THOMAS JOHN EVANS - Convicted by jury; seditious libel; LANCASHIRE. Imprisoned in LANCASTER CASTLE for 1 year.
THOMAS JOHN EVANS - Convicted by jury; scandalous libel; LANCASHIRE. Imprisoned in LANCASTER CASTLE for 6 calendar months, and security for good behaviour for 3 years in £400 and two sureties in £50 each.
