1900 - Captain superintendent Commander Frederick G.C. Langdon, R.N., was appointed 22nd December 1899 to succeed Captain Moger, who resigned on account of ill-health 31st December 1899. Chief officer Mr R.I.H. Bromley; head schoolmaster Mr Joseph Lakin (c) was appointed 9th April 1900 to succeed Mr W. Bryant who left 31st August 1899. Second assistant schoolmaster Mr. Cornelius Stevens; Mr Edward G. Earney was appointed clerk 1st January 1900. The sick-ward attendant since 28th May 1900 Mr John Heby.
1903 - Captain superintendent Commander Frederick G.C. Langdon, R.N., chief officer Mr Delaney resigned 22nd August 1903 and his place was taken by Mr H.G. Emmett. Schoolmaster Mr. W.S. Milliard.
