The building, two storeys in height is of red brick with terra-cotta dressing and tiled roof. The main entrance is surmounted by a handsome clock tower. Attached to the building is a well fitted carpenters shop, tailors shop, metal work shop and a fully equipped gymnasium. The playground is asphalted and contains a corrugated iron covered dressing room. A large portion of the site is devoted to the purposes of a fruit and vegetable garden. A cricket and football field is also provided.
Became FINNANT HOUSE APPROVED SCHOOL FOR BOYS, 156 OAKLANDS DRIVE, WEYBRIDGE, SURREY from 1933 accommodating 112 boys.
